Treat Your Hair This Spring

As you can probably tell, this whole quarantine period is doing wonders for my blog. I am currently challenging myself to write at least one blog post a day to try and lift everyone’s spirits, and to offer a little something for those who are WFH to read on their lunch breaks… So, let’s dive into it!

This spring, hair accessories are back and better than ever. I think there’s something really refreshing about adding a bit of colour to your outfit, especially when it is incorporated into your hairstyle. And when it comes to hair accessories on the high street, there is definitely something for everyone; without the silly price tag too.

What I love most about hair accessories is that not only do they elevate your whole outfit, but they don’t require any changes to your personal style – they just act as a small addition. They low-key enable you to experiment with new trends without having to buy a whole new wardrobe – pretty ideal if you ask me.

So as we jump into spring, I’ve decided to show you my three fave hair accessories that are guaranteed to help refresh your 2020 style.

ALL ABOUT THE PEARLS

ISAWITFIRST Cream Pearl Clip

The bigger the better‘ is definitely the motto I live by when it comes to buying new clips… Although they may remind you of something in the depths of your great grandma’s jewellery box, these are the perfect item to pair with a bold rep lip and a pair of statement sunnies for that sophisticated, yet effortless look.

PRINTED SCRUNCHIES

Primark Scarf Printed Scrunchie

These scarf printed scrunchies are such an affordable way of achieving the luxe look without having to break the bank. Oh-so easy to wear and not to mention they will look just as cool tied on the end of your wrist, or favourite handbag, when you wanna change things up a little!

KEEPIN’ IT SIMPLE

Primark Black Velvet Knot Headband

Blair Waldorf approved, these chunky headbands have been my obsession for a while now. Although it kinda reminds me of what I wore back in the day at primary school, I actually can’t keep my hands off this headband and already want to add more to my collection. I went for the classic velvet black style as I knew this would be a gorgeous addition to any of my outfits, however, as I type, I am currently scouting ASOS for a cute colourful alternative for those sunnier days in spring – you can never have too many accessories!

Down below I have added a few photos and links to some of my other fave hair accessories on the high street right now. Despite everything going on, now could be the perfect time to snap up your favourite accessories as there’s no need to try them on, plus so many brands have promotions on at the moment, as well as free delivery on all orders – a dream come true!

Do you have any go to spring accessories? If you do I’d love to know what they are in the comments below.

If you have enjoyed this post and wish to keep updated, please take a few seconds to scroll down and subscribe to my blog – it would make my day 🙂
